I am in no way implying that you should use any supplements as a replacement for food. There are many excellent food sources that will work for most people. What I am saying is, supplementing with them can help you to be healthier, and reduce the risk of many diseases. This is a very personal decision and is something that you should take in the context of your personal fitness goals.
Here are a few tips on getting the most out of your supplements.
1. Look for natural products. Organic food is healthier than food that is not organic. Foods that you buy at the supermarket, or even better, the produce section at a farmers market, should contain more nutrients. 2. Choose organic food. If you know which foods are natural, then you are also able to find them at the farmer's market. 3. Choose the right brand of supplements. There are many different supplements. But they all have one thing in common. They are all fake and over-the-counter, and all of them contain ingredients that are dangerous for you. A good list of supplements that are not true health supplements, but are used by people to manage their health.
