Q: Can we buy bulk orders from your stores?
A: Bulk orders are available here but we are requesting you to reach out to us at least 3 days before your event if you are thinking of getting a large order from us. We receive here bulk orders on a regular basis so we cannot give you guarantees that your order will be finished on time if you are not going to give us an allowance to do it. We accept here orders on a first come, first serve basis.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Our facility for delivery is still limited at present. We do deliver but only to limited areas and only to those places accessible to the store. We have included here a list of them which is located at the left-hand corner of the Contact Us page. If you do not see your area, then most likely, we do not yet have the facility to deliver at your place but rest assured that we are already working on improving the facility that we have.
Q: Do you accept COD for deliveries?
A: We accept payment via PayPal and major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, and American Express. CODs are also accepted but for bulk orders, a 50% downpayment is necessary before we can get the job done. This will be discussed by our customer service representatives when you decide to call us for more info.
